Shipping Policy

Our orders are usually shipped using US and International Priority Mail. When placing an order you must provide us with your complete street address in the Shipping Information section of the checkout form. Our carrier can deliver to PO boxes.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated online in real-time using quotes from our carrier. These amounts are estimates and are not always indicative of what we will actually be charged by our carrier in certain cases. In cases where the shipping cost will be more than the amount quoted at the time of your order, you will always be contacted with the actual shipping cost before your order is shipped. At this time you will have the option of either confirming or cancelling your order.

In certain cases it may be less costly for us to ship your order using an alternative carrier. In such cases your order total will be adjusted and we will charge you the lesser shipping fee.

Certain large or irregular items requiring special delivery arrangements and cannot have their shipping calculated online. You will be notified before completing your order when purchasing such items. In these cases we will contact you with details before your order is shipped, and you will always have the option of confirming or cancelling your order before it is shipped.

Free Shipping

From time to time we offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. These offers are valid for our carrier’s base ground service only, and do not apply to other shipping methods. Certain items do not qualify for free shipping discounts and will be charged the standard fee. Free shipping only applies to continental USA.

Delivery Time

Orders for in-stock items are generally shipped within 24–72 hours from the receipt of your order and payment. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day. Orders for custom or special-order products may require additional lead time, and orders containing out-of-stock items will be shipped when the entire contents of your order is available. You will be contacted with an approximate ship date in these cases.

Shipping time depends upon the destination address. Delivery time estimates are not a guarantee and are provided only for your convenience. They indicate our carrier’s best estimate of the time in transit (in business days) after the shipment leaves our place of business. Unfortunately we have no control over their accuracy, or over delays in shipping resulting from the carrier. Delivery estimates do not include our lead time in preparing your order. However for rush shipments we will make every effort to ship the order by the next business day.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, & APO/FPO Addresses

Shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, & APO/FPO addresses outside the contiguous 48 United States usually does not require special handling or additional charges. You will be contacted before we ship your order to confirm any additional charges.

International Shipments (Including Canada)

International orders can be processed online. Orders are shipped US or International Priority Mail.

Canceling Or Changing an Order

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are generally able to make changes to orders as long as they have not been shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel any order after it has been placed. Please be sure to include your order number in any change or cancellation requests.

Damaged & Defective Items

Nothing is more annoying than receiving an order that was damaged during shipping or an item that doesn’t work. We strive to inspect each item prior to shipping an order. If an item arrives at your door damaged, broken, or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible, ship out a completely new item at our expense, or refund the cost of your order. Simply contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order and we will do everything possible to make sure you receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Please provide a phone number or email address where we may get in touch with you when you contact us. If your items were damaged in shipping, please make sure you keep the damaged items in the original packing materials and box in case an inspection is necessary by the shipper.

Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes returns or exchanges for items that you purchase from us are necessary. That’s why we make it easy for you. If you are unhappy with your purchase, Send it back within 14 days of receipt with a note inside of exchange size or refund.

Please understand that we can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original or resalable condition. The cost of returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer, and can be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned items must be received within 14 days or they will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs for the replacement items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is received damaged or defective (see Damaged or Defective Items), or unless the wrong item was originally received. Any items that were special ordered (including large quantities of a specific item, an item that we do not stock, or any personalized or customized item) are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

For exchanges, the same rules as above apply. Credit for exchanges will be the product price only (shipping costs cannot be refunded).

Returns may take up to 21 days to process. Once we have received your returned items, we will refund your credit card or issue a refund check for the amount of the refund.
